An auto-feed for listings will be a nice mod for 68.

A good example of this feed can be seen on www.vflyer.com

This mod allows listings or ads automatically uploaded to other sites like Zillow, Trulia, Google Base, Oodle and other sites that accept listings. vflyer also generates the html code for craigslist.

This mod will be perfect for a real estate site.

I beleive there is a module for oodle.

As for the others, this is not an easy thing to do since all of these massive sites have different format rules and every 68C site is different. All of this has to be taken into acount and coded for.

I myself have made a couple site synch scripts that synchronize 68C content with feeds from other sites. In these cases the 68C site owner has a user of their site who is a dealer and has their own site but wanted their ads displayed on the 68C site as well. One uses FTP'd files, the other parses an RSS feed and let me tell you there are a lot of things to consider.
