Hello D - 68 Mods Theme
Here is a template that was used to create 68 Mods theme.
I basically downloaded the templates file and zipped them so they will require some modification on your part to suit your site.

I just rezipped it with that smarty function removed. You can also open the layout.tpl file and remove: {most_popular number=5}

 I just rezipped it again and you should be able to download it and have it working.
