Description

This module allows you to create links to google maps, display maps inline with ads or both. Admins can set the map up to pull the address for the map from the registration field OR extra fields they create (one of the other for the whole site) as well as allow each individual ad poster to enable or disable the map for their ad.

The Google Map Module is now compatible with 68C V4.1.X and along with it some new features available only when using the module along with the new upcoming release of 68C V4.1.x.

These new features allow you to place maps on the category pages as the search results pages. The ability to display these maps is set via the new module admin and you can selective set each of these to be on or off as well as set sizes that are specific to these areas.

When displaying a map on the category page it will show a marker for each of the items on the current category page and as you move forward and backward through the pagination the map will be updated to reflect current ads being shown.

Since search results and featured listings use the same template these two are tied together and all items returned from the search or the featured link will show a map containing markers for the currently displayed items.

Module has been updated to now allow input of latitude and longitude for marker placement.
