What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
V 4.1.10 Developer

Hey all,

I just moved my site to hostgator and I was able to get the database imported. (Thanks to Mike-n-Tosh)

I backed up my home directory and ftp up all the files and I now get Firefox telling me I have chosen to open ... which is a PHP file what would I like to do with it. I and assuming that this is because the php.ini is not in the right place. Also I changed it from system default to php5 in the php config in the cpanel.

Also do I need to upload the ioncube folder on host gator?

Sorry guys very new to unix.

Update had host gator reset permission and now I'm gettting a 404 error and it is trying to make me run the setup

Update 2 tried to go to the admin page and get error: Site error: the file /home/dant6961/public_html/administration/includes/init.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

I thought host gator had ioncube loaded by default. Man I need to learn this stuff
Thanks for the help

Self Solved. You must upload all files and directories.... LOL
