Hi,
i have found that if a user bails before completing an advert, the ad shows up in their ad history as not completed but it doesnt give an option to complete it or mark it as cancelled. i mean, what if the user was about to finish and then lost the internet connection? do they have to go through it all again leaving the not completed one well, not complete? many thanks Nigel |

Unfortunately, there isn't a way for a seller to go back to an abandoned listing built in. I do recall that Automated Thinking has a module just for that, although I don't know if it has been updated for use with 4.1. You might want to check with them.
