You would need to edit the template file and this is not an easy change. Although it can be done. I would recommend looking at the home.tpl for an example of how the categories are pulled out in colums.

Depending upon what you exactly wish to do, it should be possible to adapt one of the horizontal listings modules. Please be specific about how the listings are to be ordered and whether you wish to sort them.

In addition to what has already been suggested, it is also would help if you posted your version and edition of 68 your using as well as which showlisting template you are using.

I think you were misunderstood by all of us.

This is trivial to do. You will notice in showlistings.tpl that there is a test whether to display a column or not.

To delete colums you can manually delete them from the showlsitings file (not a good idea) or simply turn display fields on or off for different usergroups in your admin control panel (users -> usergroups). For example, you can choose not to display the advert title, the date the price column, etc. for guests.

You can choose to display different columns for different types of users (administrators, registered users and guests). This opens many possibilities in general.
