listings module

COuld someone direct me to a module that could help me with the following:

We are the producer of several an online and printed regional directories. We have the 68 classifieds on our regional site for use as a standard classifieds module but now we also want to add a section that we can input our new sold directory customer's information into until the next publication that they are included in comes out. This would be it's own section of the existing classifieds site called services and within that would be the different city/publication names then within those the different category names from our printed boo. I, as the administrator, would input and and then delete these when the publication that are in is avaialble to everyone.

I just want to Listing Business name, address, city, telephone number, website/e-mail and the capability to add a compony logo for them. No cahrge for this service and don't want any advertiser details to dsiplay because it would be me - just want these listings that can be viewed.

IS there something that would work for this?
