Default Alphabetical Featured Ads
We are in the process of modifying 68C into a business directory. We would
like to have everything listed alphabetically, but also have featured ads on
the top of the page. The featured ads also need to be alphabetical. So an
alphabetical list of featured ads followed by an alphabetical list of
regular ads.
