How can I remember exactly region in which people can choose other search criteria (categories, cities, etc.). I need this because my customers want in first page of the site to show a map with regions of the country and when someone choose a region the other criteria in the search have to be only for this region not for all. Example of what i want is this site here. There is some other questions which i have to solve but this is for now. I use 4.1.6 designer edition and mod advanced search by templatecodes to get search in every page for easy changing criteria by users.

Currently the script doesn't offer a way to do this out of the box. I think Template Codes does have a module for it though so you may want to check with them.

Correct - we have a listings filter which will filter on locations or if defined appropriately an extrafield. Although you can lift it out of the template, it is actually part of the template codes system and comes with a pack of add-ons and framework module.
