adding categories fast and easy: how?

Hi,

Is there a way to easily add categories?
In total i have 1279 subcategories, and i would take ages to add them manually.

I have a text file with the categories,
so is there way to encode this to past in the mysql table or anything.

(p.s. adding it into the mysql is also a lot of work because i dont have the slug, etc; i just have the category and the subcategories)

-Aardappelen,Groeten en Vlees
-Bedrijfs Onroerend goed
-Diensten Boekhouders
-Diensten Chauffeurs
-etc...

(or maybe a small mod)
