Administration

Can charge depending on ad features
You can charge different prices based on the features of the ads. This includes the number of images, number of characters, also includes up sale features such as bold, highlighted, and featured.

Membership System
With our membership system you can allow users to place so many ads free or just increase their usergroup which could give them extra site features like contacting the owner or having a seller store.

Listing Management
Through the listing management section you can create new listings, modify existing ones, add/modify images, and delete listings.

User Management
The user management portion of the administration allows you to manage all aspects of your users. This includes adding, editing, and removing users as well as changing which user group they belong to. 68 Classifieds also features a newsletter system so you can send newsletters to all your users.

Site Settings
Through the site settings you can control almost all of your sites frontend. This includes your sites template, title, email, number of columns for categories, and search settings.

Extra Fields
The extra fields section allows you to define extra fields that relate to listings. You can have an unlimited number and you can even use the advanced parent child fields to create complex options.

Payment Setup

Key Features: Sellers

Once someone registers at your classifieds website they become a seller and are allowed to place ads. A seller has the ability to modify their account, place ads, modify ads, renew ads, and setup a seller store. All of these items can be set through the administration.

Seller Store
As of version 3.0.5 sellers have the ability to setup a seller store. The store is page that displays all the user's active listings and allows them to enter an image and some text that will display.

Renew Ads
To enable renewal you have to set it up through the administration. If it is setup once an ad or listing is about to expire the seller will receive an email telling them their listing is about to expire. Then they can login to their account and renew the listing. Through the administration you can define the renewal price for the package they have defined. This way you can give discounts to people renewing.

Place Ads
When a user is placing an ad they are required to enter the category and select a package that you have defined. The administrator can define how many characters the title, short description, and description can have. Also the admin can define the number of images a package can have as well as allow for an external url so the seller can link to their site.
