Do you offer installation services?
68 Classifieds offers a professional installation service by a member of our staff.
In order to install our software on your site we will need the following information from you:
- Website Address
- FTP Server
- FTP Username
- FTP Password
- Access to create a database through your hosting account. Or a database already setup that we can use.
Once you purchase the installation and send this information we will upload 68 Classifieds, set the database connection, and verify everything is working order.
This service is $49.99 and can purchased at the time of initial purchase or later on. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
What are the requirements?

When will the product be available for download?
68 Classifieds is available to download instantly after you make the purchase.
How long does it take to setup the hosted version?
When you purchase the hosted version we have to manually install everything. Normally this will take about a day to get setup.
Can I run the software on multiple domains?
You may use each purchase on one domain. However you can install multiple copies on that same domain.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments through Authorize.net using Mastercard or Visa. Also we accept payments through PayPal.
Are register Global's required?
68 Classifieds will work with register global's turned off. Every variable is accessed through $_POST, $_GET, $_SESSON, ETC.
It is recommended you have register global's turned off for security reasons.
Is the license good for life?
If you purchase the Developer or Designer edition then you can use it forever with out any additional fees. However to receive updates and support after your first six months you will be required to purchase a renewal.
If you purchase the Hosted edition then you can use the product as long as you pay the monthly fees. With the hosted edition you get free support and upgrades for the duration.
Do you offer any customization service?
The team at 68 Classifieds strives to bring you the best possible classified system on the market. In order to do this, we focus our efforts on the core product and are unable to provide custom programming and design services. We have several third-party developers and designers familiar with 68 Classifeds that we recommend you contact if you are in need of any custom work. Please visit ClassifiedMods for a list.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes we currently offer a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee for the Developer and Designer Editions.
We will not refund hosting, installation, or any modules.
Can I remove the 'Powered by 68Classifieds' copyright text?
Yes you can remove any links pointing to 68 Classifieds. However a link is appreciated. ;)
You can not remove the comments in any of the php pages.
Can I add advertising to my site?
Yes you can add any type of advertising or any javascript you wish. Please see our Documentation for more details.
Do you have a phone number I can call?
No we do not offer any sales or support via the phone. We require you to contact us through our Pre-Sales contact form, ticket system, or user forums.
