Support and upgrades expired?

    I brought 68C in may and when i am trying to download new version of 68C it says
    Sorry: Your upgrades and support contract has expired.

    There are six months access to upgrades and support.

    This is something that you should open an official support ticket for. The folks in the community forum can't help you with this. I'm sure it's just a glitch, but again it would have to go through the official support system.

    I know but i can't open ticket because support is expired.
