Blank Registration Email and Registration Error

When I register for a new account on my classifieds I am brought to a login page that contains the following error:

Notice: Query failed: SQL: SELECT eSubject,eHTML,eText FROM class_email_templates WHERE eID=5 in /home/public_html/classifieds/includes/classes/database/mysql.php

I am then sent two emails one is completely blank the other has the following info only:

Hi J,
For your records your account information is as follows:
Username *******
Password *******

But I am not able to log in.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have version 3.1.5 and I am using the following mods:
Ad Reporting
phpbb userShare
SEO Mod
US Zip Code

Has this ever worked and is just now all of a suddon showing this error or is this a new install and has always been doing this?

This is a brand new install. I tried to register twice with two different browsers, with the same result both times.

Are you using any of the user share modules? If so can you disable them and try it again and see if it works. This will help isolate the problem.

I disable all modules and still doesn't work
