Do you run a real estate classified site? If so then the Zillow Module is for you. In short, Zillow is an online tool to help people find valuable property information such as valuations, price fluctuations, and comparable properties just to name a few. They offer an API that others can tap into and request information from Zillow to display on their own site.Our Zillow Module is easy to install because it takes advantage of the 68 Classifieds Module System. By default the zillow module will display information relevent to the property being viewed in the 68 Classifieds system. Additional features of the Zillow module by Techconnx are.... * Optionally display a 1 year historical property valuation chart. * Optionally display a 1 year historical regional valuation chart. * Display 5 comparable properties with their details. * Set width and height dimensions for the 2 historical charts. * Customizable template for easy integration into your site.

Just an update. Google maps has now been added to the zillow module. In the modules admin there is a spot for you to enter your google maps API ID that is free to request. There is a dropdown to turn google map function on/off and fields for you to specify height and width as well.
