Default Cost Of Ad Connected To Sale Price

Is there any mods that allow the possability of linking advert cost to sale price?

For example, 5 for items up to 100, 10 for items up to 1000 etc...

If not then this would be a feature I'd love to see

I have used the mod in that thread, and it works great, however be aware that there is nothing stopping the user from "modifying the ad" after it is placed.

I have tried to solve this but it would need a different method or different code because "modify an ad" does not look at the "listing package" ($productid) used therefore will not deal with it. At least thats how I see it.

Cheers

You should be able to apply the same code to usermodifylisting.php as in that thread. Have you given this a shot?

John,

Yes I have tried the same code I used in usercheckout and membercheckout.

It does not work for me in usermodifylisting.php

Some regular users may work out that they can cheat by doing this. Until I can get it working in usermodifylisting Im just going to have to cop it!

Cheers

You could always just not show the price when they edit an ad so it cant be changed.
