Eric, when you say you lost the orders for "This year" are you speaking only of the calender year 2006 or the last whole year (ie march 05 to march 06)?
Then select special as the department and enter the details you have.
Once we get your details we will then manually insert them into our order system.
I registered for a new account yesterday, received a confirmation email, but cannot login... says user name/password invalid... do you have to validate me before I can sign in under support to give you my details?

You should be save if it was over a year ago. You can visit our member section and if you can not login then you would know that you would have to register again.
