We now have the final word from the recovery center and well everything is gone.

So now we are figuring out the plan to move forward. I will have the official news probably tommorow morning with how we are planning to straighten this out.

Default Thank you Eric and Blair - 03-29-2006, 11:05 AM

I have been very impressed with 68classifieds and this data disaster has made me even more impressed. You guys are doing more than I think anyone expected. Not to mention the support system you have always had in place has created a real sense of family among your clients. It seems like everyone is feeling your pain, and from what I have seen, no one seems angry at either of you, but just the opposite and are willing to send donations to a for-profit company that they paid to purchase a product! That my friend is a testament to your level of customer service!! That DOES NOT happen in the corporate world unless you are doing everything VERY RIGHT! I am thankful to be a part of the 68classified family!

Let me wipe my tears. Serious!

Rory and everyone thanks for the kind words. You know we really do have some of the best customers and everyone has been awesome. Sure some people are upset and they have a good reason to be. But we are extremely grateful for everyone and it is amazing on some of the reactions. We even had a pizza delivered to us by one of our customers. You guys are awesome and I feel like you are part of my family which makes coming to work everyday worth while.

You are an exceptional company which provides exceptional support. I've been in the IT sector for many years, and rarely have I come across such commitment.

You deserve our best wishes.

Doug
