Unhappy Water Damage

Yesterday I got home from work and had water standing in the kitchen, an overhead light about to fall, and the ceiling with water spots all over it.

Next I went upstairs and had water all in the bathroom and a broken sink cabinet.

All of that from a little pin size hole in the rubber hose that runs from the water shut off valve to the faucet.

This just isn't my year.

The insurance company sent over a cleaning crew and they left about 12 fans and 2 dehumidifiers. So we just leave those big loud piece of junks running until Monday.

Geez what a mess Eric. What's the go with the plastic hanging over the cupboards? Was that to keep out water that was still coming through the ceiling or is it in preparation for pulling down the ceiling?

Yes they had to scrap the old ceiling and are going to respray it tomorrow. They claim it is a very messy project so that is why everything is covered up.
