V4.0 rc3 is now released.

V4.0 RC3 is now released and is available from our members section.

This release is still considered beta and almost all the bugs reported have been fixed in this release. Also this release includes a Smarty update.

Because this is a beta a lot of files have been altered and all may not be listed in the changelog. Here is a list of the majority of changed files:
