Default Really weird ioncube error - 03-08-2007, 06:31 AM

On Stableads site I am getting this Ioncube error on the user side
Quote:
The file /home/XXXXX/public_html/includes/init.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so ionCube PHP Loader to be installed.
but I can see the administration side. Yet on my jobsite I cannot see either admin or users area and am getting the same error.

Both sites have been working fine up until this morning, and have suddenly gone weird.

I have put in a support ticket to make sure it is still on the server, but could there be any other reason for it if I can still access the admin on stableads?

Only other thing I can think of is that I changed server a week ago, and although the licences for these were reset I did not get the sites changed across in time so it still thinks I should be onthe old server.

I have changed the normal 68 index.php file to index1.php on both sites so that an offline message is displayed

I just had a look at your php info page and noticed this:

Build Date Mar 7 2007 18:03:49

Which means your host upgraded php on this date. So you will probably need to upload a new loader file "ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so" because the one you where using was for an older php version.

If that doesn't work then your host could have implemented different settings than you originally had.
