Simply modify administration/templates/invoice.tpl.php using Dreamweaver or some other editor. Worked for me.

Thanks Eric. All of the above rectified on your advice. Wasn't using the Extra Fileds option. Actually, to be honest I didn't even spot it in Admin. Will not persevere with the pricing issue as is....
