THE PROBLEM: Customers often abandon their listing during the checkout process, and have no way to come back later and complete it. Few go through the hassle of starting over. This results in lost revenue for you.
THE SOLUTION: The Stop Incomplete Listings! module gives customers a way to return and complete their incomplete listings! A friendly reminder email is sent to them 30 minutes (configurable) after they leave their listing incomplete. A link inside the email allows them to return to the checkout process and complete their listing. This module even tracks how many reminder emails are sent, and how many reminders result in successful listings!
The email can be easily edited from within the 68Classifieds administration panel and even allows variable substitution for the user's name, user ID, listing title, etc. The amount of time before a reminder is sent is also configurable, and there is an option to blind copy (BCC) an Administrator.
