Great package, top notch service

I just wanted to stop by and thank you guys for putting together a great platform.

I do not have too much experience in classified portals and have to admit that I did not do hours of research when it was time for me to pick one.

What clinched the deal for me was the feature list, active helpful forum, and the fact that you are trying to keep things up to date with a wiki and blog.

I bought the developer package and had someone do the installation so I can not comment on the install process. However the response to questions via tickets and forum has been very good.

Do you ever buy some software and then get that nagging feeling that it is a mistake, but you keep with it hoping it will get better… but it never does? That is NOT the case with 68 classifieds. The more I get comfortable with this system the more I like it and the more I feel reassured it was a good decision.

I know there is no perfect product and there will always be features we all ask for, but I am confident 68 classifieds will be there to listen to our requests whether it is for new features or to support the ones already in place.

Can't imagine better support

Now that I am finally getting my classified site launched, I had to write a testimonial. Through setting up my site, I had a few bugs. The bugs were from settings either with external service providers (such as PayPal) or with third party modules.

When I had questions or problems, I either posted in the forum or submitted a ticket. The response was always within 24 hours and the problem was usually solved in the first answer.

The script is very good and the support matches it. I highly recommend this software to anyone that needs to do classified ads.

68C is an amazing piece of scripting and should be double the price.

I have been developing websites for selling property in France for several years and finally took the plunge in moving from a site with static pages to a dynamic site. I looked at many, many scripts before settling on 68c. From the nearly $1,000 Swiss Army Knife scripts to the ridiculously sparse, they all had their bells and whistles.

But IMO, nothing, no, NOTHING trumps support. When you’re having a problem that you can’t work out yourself, all the glitter fades in the harsh reality of a broken site.

I have found 68c support to be prompt and comprehensive and best of all, they won’t stop til the issue is addressed.

And that my friends, is what matters most.
