I have no Step 4 - Add Images in Place an Add?

I purchased 68 classifieds and I notice when I am in Front end of my site and I want to Place an Add I do not have step 4- adding Images in placing the ads..can you help me ...to view this step4..that I can add images?

my site is Classified adds canada ........

Can you make sure the package you created allowed for images to be added.
