Hi there,
I had been running a v4 install in a sub directory of our site. The reasons were basically two-fold, one I could test out v4 with our new template and two, we are going to be offering a suppliers guide as an additional service. I noticed that v4.0.3 was out and proceeded to upgrade our v4.0 suppliers guide. Unfortunately when proceeding to upgrade (after the "install" or "upgrade" page) we just get a blank page. I tried a fresh install in a new directory and still just get a blank page after installation. I am at a complete loss as to what this could be. http://www.racecarsdirect.com/suppliersguide/ <--- failed upgrade version http://www.racecarsdirect.com/suppliers <--- failed fresh install The only thing that may have any bearing on the failures, is that I have noticed (since I installed our first v4) that mysql is running at between 180% and 300% processor usage on our server! (CentOS Linux 4.5) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mikael |

Hi,
I am not 100% sure this is the reason however blank pages normally mean a php error that is not being sent to the browser. Possibly error reporting turned off. If you would please submit a ticket with your ftp details and the steps you took and we will try and find the cause and get this fixed.

Is Key.php supposed to be uploaded also when updating?
I'm having some weird problem right now. It seems like php header() is giving out some extra space. This is causing havoc on my site that I have to take it offline while I figure out what's happening. |

What makes you think header() is the problem? If you have additional info, please share otherwise its hard to help if you dont divulge all the details.

Now that 4.0.4 is out I would say give that a try as well.
