Recaptcha is offered by Google and packaged into a module by 68 classifieds. You will need to modify the module itself. Look on Googles site about how Recaptcha can be set to work in different languages. Also, you are probably better off deleting the current Recaptcha module that you have and using the latest one from your 68C downloads area which I see is available. The one you have is older as it contained a bug fix but the newer module by 68C is now fine to my knowledge and you should use it.
