Adding/Changing Homepage header graphics is done in Admin/Templatezones. Graphics/Content is in your Page editor/Modify Content/ home page in Admin. Home.tpl is for your listings, and automaticaly inserts your content.
Looking at your homepage code, you have <img src="../../../../../images/main-ad-v12-resized.jpg" width="480" height="783" /> as your main really cool graphic. But it is the entire graphic (single graphic) in the central column. I suppose this could be in you home.tpl, as well as elsewhere. Do a text search with textpad.exe -- a free download -- to find the filename. If I am understanding you correctly you may want to pop your page into Dreamweaver, separate out the graphic elements, then pop the resulting page back into your Content section or your home.tpl.

    Hope this helps.

The image is defined almost certainly in the home.tpl file or it is in the database (admin control panel - page editor - home page).
