Hi Guys, Can any of you give me a motivational push? Ive been working on this project for a while but I dont feel I am getting anywhere. I try to add things (like invocation codes for banners) and the template breaks. Submit a ticket here: https://www.templatecodes.com/support/ with your issues regarding banners. I'll help you get it sorted. You could try replacing the top gradient with more color. Also, adding content via listings will make a large difference as listing images will add color to the site.
Thanks, I have just this second had it sorted. Just need to get a large search box looking good. Also I would appreciate any other suggestions. It looks very plain to me (I know, there are no ads!) but it still seems like it needs more! Gary
Ah you responded before I added via an edit: I'm sure others will add some suggestions. I'd really start with some listings that have photos, I think it will make a noticeable difference.

If you mean the category tree then it should not be too difficult to put it in place of the existing category sidebar module.
You already have the search in the sidebar, but if you want another you could add it between the top and body sections (just below that top gradient). You'd have to be comfortable with HTML and css to make it fit into the template though.
Have we not just discussed this in another post http://www.68classifieds.com/forums/v4-1-questions-support/7891-how-do-i-add-large-search-box.html I gave you the code to do it and the images. Also the follow up to be careful in case any conflicts are created. I think it should be ok on reflection but best to be cautious. I would put it on the opposite side by the way to where you have the quick search facility.
