I have added the function.css_listings_horizontal plugin to my home.tpl, which works fine, however is there any way to set it so that if there are no new adverts or nothing to show, nothing shows up at all instead of the message which says no listings.... Many thanks Jason
Yes - edit your language file in the templatecodes module and/or re-arrange the css horizontal listings module. Instructions on how to use categories and the listing filter with the css horizontal listings module are given in the download instructions.
