Hi,

I bought a few weeks ago Fluid templates and I am trying to install now the jcarousel module.

I am using default template. So, I have uploaded templatecodes module and jcarousel module in module directory.

Iin the header of my layout.tpl, I have now the following javascript code:

<script type="text/javascript" src="javascript/jquery/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="javascript/main.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="modules/templatecodes/scripts/jquery-1.3.2.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="modules/templatecodes/scripts/jcook.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="modules/templatecodes/scripts/layout.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="javascript/jquery/addictjqueryplus.js"></script>

I put {tc_jcarousel l_type="new" number="15" } in my home.tpl

Now, even if I place a new ad, there is just 4 ads displayed and there is no button to scroll.

Is this normal? I suppose I am doing something wrong. Thank you for your help

The Fluid templates were discontinued, many, many months ago. When you say you purchased a few weeks ago, are you referring to this thread on 9/2009?

This module was designed for use with the Fluid Template that it was bundled with and not as a standalone module with the default template.

I don't see the jcarousel javascript being called in your header.

The bottom line is, that you are using one of our modules that is out of support as well as in an unsupported configuration. There may be a way for you to get it to work, however this is beyond the scope of support that TemplateCodes can provide to you.
