I know this code

Imake changes to the CSS file and modify a lot of cod

But I can not find the cod of navigation bar, and a field in the CSS file

I just want to know where I can find it to make changes

The menu is defined in your layout.tpl file within each template folder you are using. The css for the menu is controlled in part by the template's main style sheet and by the file called superfish2.css which is in the same folder. You could see this if you used Firefox with the free web developer plugin to highlight the css for any element on the page.
