What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
v4.1.10 Developer

deepsea

I just purchased 68 Classified and have it installed and working.

However the documentation doesn't adequately provide the answers to my questions.

Where can I log a support ticket, or can I call someone for some quick answers. When I purchased "Free Updates and Support" were included for six months.

When a client subscribes to the service I need them to have access to post ads without any further per unit charge. As such I also need to limit the total amount of ads a user can post. Can this be done?

I created a test user, however when I try to place an ad it does not display automatically. And yes I change the "Manually Approve Ads" to "NO" in the checkout.

Under support link at top of forum you can submit a trouble ticket.

Thats not how the system is currently designed.

What was your payment method? Whats the status of the order after the ad was placed?

I found a work-around for both these issues - Create a package with zero value, it will allow ads to be placed without incurring a fee and it posts the ad immeadiately.

Sorry, I thought that was obvious. It does not however address the part about them buying a subscription or limiting the number of ads placed.
