What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
Version 4.1.10 Hosted

What template are you using?

Default Template

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:

I added an additional Admin through the Add Users Tab but the Admin does not show. Then when I try to add the same admin again I get an error message stating that admin has already been added.

Do you mean that after you added the user in your administration, then you click on manage users that the new user you just created does not show? If that is what you are saying, then you should probably submit a support ticket to 68 Classifieds. You can do so from the Support menu here in the forums and select, um... "Submit a Ticket".
