Default Why should I pay for control panel access?

I have no idea which version or template I am using b/c I can't access that information since my control panel access has been restricted. I do know I purchased the Developer version.

I purchased your product like a year ago and basically, the control panel was free. I haven't received any emails indicating that I have to pay for this newly added service. If I knew that I was going to pay $50 bucks every 6 months to use your control panel, I might of reconsidered checking out your competition.

Why should I pay for this? The terms and conditions that I agreed to when I purchased your product didn't indicate this. You should offer this fee to newly acquired customers and not old and loyal customers. Its much more expensive to lose and old client than to gain a new one.

Everything looks fine on our end. Can you delete the license/key.php file and then try to login and see if that works?

Apparently, after we deleted the license/key.php file, we noticed that the page where you can manage the categorie's extra fields are not appearing. Any suggestions for this fix?

Are there any errors or just a white page?

If its just a white page then I would start by clearing the cache (ie contents of /templates_c and if that doesnt fix it look at your original download and compare the files in your admin folder to whats in the download and make sure all the files exist. Could you have accidentally deleted a file?

We tried what you suggested, but that didn't work. We compared the files and all of them are there, including the template it utilizes. We still are getting a blank page.
