French Language Support

Does anyone have an up to date french.php file that they could send me. My French is not good enough to translate some of the newer strings which have appeared in recent versions.

Well the issue is more than that - the two files do not line up. Needs to be someone who has actually done it and made a working system really.

I have an up to date French.php file, all the new changes are seperated from the rest at the bottom of the file, so you can easily add them in whatever category you think it fits best. Please note that my French is not perfect and that I may have missed some translations but I think I have covered just about everything. You can pm me your email address and I will send it to you.

Speaking of that, has anyone managed to translate the "welcome user" sentence on the top right corner of the private message system in the purple template when you log in? Because it is in english and I cannot find a way to change it, I have searched all the .tpl files and have not managed to find it.

It is hard coded in the main layout.tpl file. on line 36:

Welcome {$smarty.session.username} 


So I guess you would want to change it to:

Bonjour {$smarty.session.username}
