hello i have problem which is spam in the private pm and contact us alot of massges are sent from that.

any idea ?

This means they are a registered user if they using the PM system. The choice is to find them and ban these users or remove the capability to PM.

sorry i don't pm system i mean when the visitor want to contact the seller by email this is the problem
they use contact us or user email for spam although i use the captcha human which base on script 68

thats all

Many spammers now fill in forms manually so captcha or any other system cant stop a human from sending spam. You can make it so guests cant use the e-mail system which would at least require them to register but even so if someone is determined enough, they will register and site down and hand type messages to people.

As Larry points out there is no real way to stop it. The best you can do is find their IP address and try to ban it via your hosting provider. I have banned anyone from certain countries using our site or even seeing it. I just put in the offending IP addresses of the countries concerned. I cut my spam almost completely. We all know where most spam originates from and you just block these countries completely.

Yerr, our top man developer advised me to do that on our sales site and it seems to cut a lot of the spam out. Worth trying.
