User Registration:Extra field not showing

Hello,
Another basic question. THANKS for putting up with me!

In ADMIN I have edited the USER REGISTRATION form to add Company Name into Extra Field 1.
That is working just fine However, when I go into ADMIN, Manage Users, Under "name"
If a person registers and only completes the company name field, It is blank. OF course because no first or last name has been entered, jsut a company name,

How do I make this extra field appear in the Manage users area?

This is important to me for the ability to locate a user by company name as well as EXPORT the information
to EXCEL for marketing use.

You probably need to make a logic test and copy one variable to another using smarty.
