What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
Example: V4.1.8 Designer

What template are you using?
TC Elice 2C

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:

I have created 3 coupons for 100% off, 75% off and 50% off.

Ran a promotion where clients would use these coupons.

They are getting a Discount Coupon not Valid Message.

I tried the coupons through a admin account and they worked. Tried them through a non-admin account and dont work.

I have allowed all user groups to be able to use these coupons.

Please help.

A few things when dealing with coupons.

1. Be sure the coupon code you sent is correct. It is case sensitive.

2. Make sure you assigned it to a user group they are a member of. It is best to just leave it for all.

3. If you are assigning to only one user then the user group and user has to match.

Reply with all your settings for one of the coupons or take a screenshot.

These are the settings for the 3 coupons I created. None of them work from the client side.

I havent been able to figure this out. Theres a lot of clients upset accusing me of false advertisement.

please help me resolve.

What modules are you running?

Have you altered any of the checkout scripts OR checkout templates?

I have various issues I still have nopt been able to resolve.

One of them is the issue described above.

Also, There is a serious IE compatibility issue with the software.

I would appreciate the prompt attention you are known to offer throught this forum.

Remove any alpha characters from the coupon name and try it with just letters
