Default Confused about order history page

What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
V4.1.6 Designer

What template are you using? default

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:

After using 3.1 for a few years I'm building a 4.1 site. I look at the order history page and I don't really understand how it is useful to a user. It shows a list of ads that have been placed which I guess is interesting to the user but I don't see how it would benefit him.

Some of the listings show that they are "not completed" but when you click on the info button you don't really get much more info and you are at a dead end. I was expecting a way to complete the ad to be there. Am I missing the point of the "order history" page? Is there a purpose for it that I'm overlooking?

Thanks.

If the ad is showing as not completed then it means that they need to pay or they did not go through all the necessary steps to complete the order. The order history page is basically a list of basic info. I agree it does not give lots of details. Possible feature requests for a future version? You can submit that.

Thanks for your reply. I was afraid that was the case. Do incomplete orders expire after a certain period of time on their own or do I have to manually remove them?

As far as I am aware they stay like that until you manage them / complete/activate or delete.
