Rating Module Error

Just downloaded, installed and activated the rating module from Eric, and it works just fine, ALMOST. I'm using it just to rate the registered member, and have put the required code in the member.tpl file as indicated in the readme file that comes with the module.

The code I'm using is .....

It seems to work fine except for two things .....

1. In admin, I've set up the module to email the member when a rating is submitted. The submittal works fine, but the email fails. This is what we get back.....

Subject: LANG_REVIEW_EMAIL_ADMIN_SUBJ
etc., etc.,

It's not picking up the members email address that it is supposed to send the email to.

ALSO

2. It's not displaying the rating stars per review as it indicates. It just displays the text. The star jpg's are there because if I use just the {$star} code instead of the {$rev.star}, it will display the total stars under all the reviews

If someone could tell me what file(s) to edit, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
