I'm getting my site translate into Vietnamese. I will post the file once it is done. Which files should I get translated? just the english.php file in the language folder?

Yes that should be the only file you need to translate.

If you are using another template (we don't know) then you may have to translate another language file to support those modules. This in fact only came up this morning with a Spanish site.

You need to create a vietnamese.php file within the templatecodes/language folder. Just translate the existing english.php one.
