Hi,

I'm trying to install this module on my site vut when i activate it within the admin area, i get this error message:

Is there a way to fix it ?

Your best bet of getting support for commercial products sold by companies other than 68C is to contact them directly.

Yup- Larry is correct and it is clearly stated that youe host needs to be running PHP 5. In fact PHP 4 is no longer even supported by PHP themselves. Most hosting providers will upgrade your account free of charge and if they don't then you should be asking questions why.
