Anyone run into this problem before?

Any text box on the Listing Detail page instantly deletes text that is entered!

For example if you type the word, "The". You will see "Th" for a nanosecond and then it disappears. We have been notified of this problem by users all over so it seems not to be a local issue.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Thats likely because you have the fields set to zero characters in the ad package.

P.S. There is no need to post the same question multiple times either.

Thanks Larry,

I have combed through all the options in the CP and do not see a setting for character length or value anywhere. Do you happen to know the path that configuration option?
