Default Renewal Settings

Hi there,

I'm thinking this has been answered before but where do you set the number of days before a listing expires to email the customer in the V4 admin panel.

Also where do you enter the cost of the ad for renewal ? I do not get an option under Manage Products as it jumps straight from Price to Expiration ?

Thanks in advance,
Mully

Cheers Mike,

Can see Settings/Checkout Settings but for some reason the Payment/Manage Products/renewal price field does not appear through the admin panel.

I can set the price via the db but is a bit strange.

You're setting the price in the db? Directly, like with phpmyadmin or something? I saying in Admin, click on the Payment tab, then click on the Manage Products tab. Within the Manage Products tab either select an existing package to edit or click on New Listing package and the renewal price field is one of the many fields within that. If it isn't then something is definitely wrong. Perhaps a corrupted file on the server in admin.

Ok the options have appeared now, but I had to manually go to the renewal table, within there the renew field was blank, I used phpmyadmin to place a Y in there and hey presto the option now appear within the admin panel.

Thats strange, I have a "Y" in my table on the 4.0.9 version I checked. Perhaps the table didnt get populated with its initial value at install time and you needed to go into csettings->checkout settings and at least save your settings once to get the value in there.
