How can I update Orders

My website name is www. textilenow .com.
I have 4 packages for my website Silver, Gold, Platinum & diamond.
There are few customers who are using silver membership & they have received few inquiries from my website. Now they want to upgrade their membership from Silver to gold or platinum or diamond. It is possible for me if I generate new order for them. But can I upgrade his existing order from my admin panel so that he do not have to create the whole listing and upload photos again?.

What is the difference between these packages?

Why don't you take their adverts in the admin control panel and then modify the expiration date, make it bold, highlighted or featured? You can then bill them in one go for all their adverts manually. I presume you have customers with multiple adverts.

The customer admin control screen (userbrowselistings) does not allow them to put their advert under a different package. It will only allow them to upgrade within a package which they defined originally (so if the option was defined in that package to make an advert featured, bold or highlighted - NOT expiration). When an advert is upgraded in this way, a new order is made and the expiration date set again (forward in time).

Basically , you should make a test advert and do it yourself to see how it works for the customer. You will then see the best way for you to upgrade your customers - either by hand using the admin control panel or let them upgrade.
