New here, just setup the default theme and just changed the colors:

I like your logo and I like the green that you chose.

The orange (or red) search box I feel is too harsh for the soft natural green though. The green box appears to still have hints of the old blue in the top left and right corners. The outline of your top nav buttons is still blue, to me this should be changed to green as well. Last point, I think the site would look more uniform if you were to change the blue colored text used throughout the site to match the blue in your logo.
