I need a classified ads script to use in the United Kingdom and hence need all ad costs to be shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP). I know I can recive payment via Paypal in GBP but can I show the sterling symbo rather than the dollar sign on the site itself?

When you install you are asked if you are from the UK, USA, SPAIN etc

Te currencey code will default to the £ sign automatically

Sorry, should have made clear that I know I can change currency symbol in admin but putting GBP pound sign into demo shows on the site as a capital A (with an accent over it followed by the pound symbol (£). Thaks again Martin

I have no idea why that happens. If you install as UK application there is no issue.

Becoming more and more convinced that this product is what I need! If i go for the hosted version can I still install your mods (thinking particularly bulk upload and location)? Thanks Martin
