====== Private Message Settings ======
The "Private Message Settings" page provides the ability for you to define how the private message system is set up.

  = Turned On : Whether or not you want to use the private message system. If you choose no users will be able to use a contact form to contact the owner.
  = Max Stored Messages : The maximum number of messages a user can have.
  = Send email notification : If you want to email your users when they receive a private message.
  = Allowed HTML Tags : In the textarea you can enter any html tags you would like users to use in their messages. All other html tags will be stripped out besides the ones entered here.
